If you're speaking of the automobile rental firm, I absolutely agree with you. I worked there for 6 months as a shift manager in 1998. It's an evil place to work for and is run by sadistic vile filth. They specialize in abusing their managers by forcing them to work 13 hour days and arbitrarilly finding fault with every task you do so that your shift never ends. It's much like a book I recently read where a young girl is sold into prostitution and forced to work off a "debt". The quandry that she finds herself in is that the debt is never repaid because the madam continually incurrs new costs. (Food electricity etc.) Avis' upper management is comparable to vicious dogs who are mindlessly maul small animals and children and eat their own feces for nourishment. Although I would say the average customer at Avis is a vicious animal not much better than those who run this diabolical machine, it is almost understandable why they are so rotten. The spontaneous changing of rates based on times of pickup and the spineless call centers who promise colors of cars and exact models when they shouldn't does slightly justify their rage. I hope I live to see the day when the whole company folds.

I had two recent bad experiences with Avis:
    - first, I am a preferred member: since I rent a lot from them they decided to send me a coupon that I could use when I wanted for a free rental. The coupon had a unique ID on it, which was tied to my AWD account. I lost the coupon somewhere, they refused to replace it, claiming they had no way to find it, since it was only vaid with the paper.
    - Second, I recently rented a car, was 45 minutes late in returning it due to high traffic, they charged me for a full hour regardless of the hour grace policy they used to have (now apparently reduced to 30 minutes), full day for car seat and full day for GPS. Cost for being late 15 minutes over grace period: $65.
Seriously, if you don't have to, don't rent from these big shops: they don't care about the end consumers. I heard Enterprise was great to their customers, I wished they were present at more locations so that I could switch....

    Can Avis be a Life?
so many of my collegues are upset with our situations some are more open then others,Companies surveys ask: Do you think avis serves your Community, Well of course they don't they serve corprate CEOS, and rich people anyone they can get $$$ out of, I dont see one sherd of Good what Avis does for empoylees, Nobody even recieves the proper uniforms we are supposed to wear for Q-gay when they show up and Company acts like it runs how they are supposed to, I dont hate the hardness of the managers, i dont have problems with them since i work hard, but beyound Assistant managers I dont feel appreciated by any of the higer ups, all they see is the negative, and look for any way to yell at you. They show not an ounce of consideration for the workers. I agree with the guy who said they are like Vicious dogs. This company is very Diverse. There are alot of Jamicans which mostly i find them be very nice people, but honestly as a white person you are expected to work harder, they push you more, since the uppers are afraid to here crys of Rasicism, and the uppers are predominately white, the low whites suffer, and pull more weight, and take on more tasks then the Jamicans and dont get any recogniziton for there hard work, instead they get pushed to there limits everyday. Avis is a company built of a foundation of senority. So if a 85 year old crashes and totals a brand new Convertible or Cadalac its a joke for his crew, while if a younger worker newer worker causes body damage to a car its his job. So if your a Jamican and worked at Avis for 4 years and you do nothing but the minium of work nobody will be on your case, but if your a young man, black, white, spanish, ext, your are the back bone of Avis, your the reason the company fuctions, Avis is a multibillion dollar gobal company, yet cant provide its employees with simple Business utensils like a broom with all its brissles. They try to save on buying nescary things to get bigger bonus's for Manages at the end of the year. Avis is a money sucking parasite, that leaches on to people with money like ticks on an animal with warm blood

Avis is evil,They will over charge you 6 out of 10 times...their scam is "you will not notice" ..if you do.. they fix it...but most people dont add up their bill till after they get home or just dont understand how they got overcharged and forget about it,The GPS is not covered by the Damage waver...so if it gets taken...come up with $500.00 dollars + loss of use...dont get a flat tire...they charge you the price of the tire+ install+loss of use+disposel fee that might add up to over $150.00 or more.
Heres the best scam....gas...they charge you 300% if yiu forget to replace gas...so if gas is $3.00 x 300 %(Most places) you pay $9.00 dollars a gal....have a nice day

Avis has the worst customer support in the industry. If you think credit card offers that cover the car insurance have you protected, then think about this... You can only process a claim IF the rental car company will provide the insurance company or you an appraisal or estimate of damage. Sounds simple enough, but just try and get the appraisal from Avis. They are #1 in ignoring customer requests for help. Why should they care since they just charge the damages to your credit card? They have your money and don’t care if you reimbursed by your credit card insurance.

One time i rented an avis car from ST louis airport. When i was paying the counter clerk asked me how i was going to pay & i said i'd be using my visa card. She ran the card & then asked me if i wanted to add their insurance. It was then i realised i had used my visa debit card & that i had a platinum visa card which would cover my insurance, so i asked her to cancel the charge she had just made & to rerun using my platinum card. She said 'sure', finished all the paperwork, or so i thought, & i went on my merry way. Well, guess what? I had an accident & then found out that she had not cancelled the first charge nor recharged using my platinum card. The upshot was my own car insurance picked up the tab, but i was $500 out of pocket as that was the deductible on my car insurance. I complained like hell, & though they commiserated w me they said there was nothing they could do as 'you should have checked to make sure the card number on the slip you signed was the correct number'!!!!!! My story ran in a local paper's consumer problems column & the upshot was Avis sent me a coupon for a day's free car rental, because of the inconvenience i had been caused!! Needless to say i never used the coupon & tell my story at every opportunity. I will NEVER use Avis ever again....they really SUCK!!!!!

So, to Avis/Budget group, I say in the end you will fail. More and more people are sick of your antics.

I'm a preferred memeber, but they keep sending me to the counter along with everyone else - avis has to get themselves organized and gett he basics right. Preferred members want to skip the hassle of lines - so my plan is to start going to the regular rental counter and asking them to start all over...forget the rental I had - let's do it all over, they'll get the message

They said sure just mail it in and I will revise the rental agreement. 3 weeks later No Response!! I called them on 4/15/09 and the CR said the girl that handled it her line was busy. She would email her to cll me before closing time. Still no response!! Avis not only did not give me credit but stole my $100 credit.

I rented a car at Avis near the St. Louis airport and was treated rudely by every employee there. One of the employees actually yelled at my wife over the phone. Looks like I got off easy since they didn't charge me for things they shouldn't (At least not yet). When they go bankrupt I'll get a warm fuzzy feeling.

I was a preferred client. I rented a car and specifically asked not to be charged for the Collision part, but did want the theft and liability. IN Europe they charged me for everything after me specifically saying I didn't want Collision. They sent me on my way in a smoke filled ashtray of a car. I get home to this enormous bill and was charged $150. extra for the collision insurance I didn't ask for. I was on hold with AVIS for 30 minutes only to be met by a vicious woman who was so nasty. That I had to think for a moment is this their definition of customer service. They told me the European Avis is not a part of their AVIS. I said, it had AVIS on the window. It's AVIS to me. Don't make your corporate issues mine. Finally, I called Amex and I'm having them deal with it.

    anonymous european guy,

While you can dispute that with your credit card, you do realize that they will get a copy of the signed rental agreement from avis, which I'm guessing showed you signed for all the insurance. You are just delaying the inevitable.

Avis upselling techniques: your administrative assistant or spouse made the reservation, for an intermediate car. At the counter, the rep says, "we have a Grand Marquis, is that okay?" No mention that the price is significantly higher. "Just initial here and here", which is where they get you "agreeing" to the increased rate. Who REALLY reads the fine print? When you complain, you first get stonewalled by a low level CS rep who says, "It's the customer's responsibility to read all the fine print..." It took me two weeks and two escalations (to a supervisor then a manager) to get an $80 adjustment for this sneaky selling technique.

They put things on the agreement and when you dispute it, they throw out the ole "It's your responsibility to read the contract before you sign it" What really ticks me off is since when was it ok put things on the contract without us discussing it first. in october, 2009 i rented a car with avis portugal. after going 15 miles, the clutch went bad. when i dropped off the replacement car at lisbon's airport, i could not get a final bill since paperwork was not complete. a month later i get my TD Bank Visa bill. avis charged me $2300 for the repair of the clutch.
i disputed this charge with td bank. in march, 2009 the bank denied my claim. eventhough i am responsible for damages "resulting from a crash, collision or rollover...", the bank and visa took the word of avis that i damaged the clutch. there was no proof that i damaged the clutch and it is ludicrous to even suggest that i could ruin one after 15 miles of highway driving.
avis used the excuse that since avis portugal is a franchise they have no control over them eventhough reservations are made on avis' website.

avis made up a fictious one-way journey that they claimed I did from Switzerland to Germany. Eventually, they accepted I did no such thing and refunded the money - though the exchange rate changed and I lost £40 as a result. Not one of their numpties could understand this, until I wrote to their European CEO. Then I got a full refund.

Case over, I thought. Nope. 6 months later they decided to take more money out of my account - without asking me - and at the wrong exchange rate again. All I've had to do is pay for their mistakes, but it depresses me so much speaking to their Bracknell call centre that I just give up in despair. I can't believe the arrogance of this firm.

The rep who logged in my daughter in law during our visit to San Antonio failed to mention that she would be charged $125 for an under age fee, while we stood right there clearly older than 25 and perfectly able to rent the car in our names instead. He asked if she wished insurance but failed to inform her that she did not need it or any other option to do with insurance and it appears was charged the full amount for insurance possible. The rate without all the BS charges would have been $240 instead for 5 days $752.97. Now how do you justify that kind of abuse? The jacket that explains all your rights are not given to you until after you sign the receipt so you have no idea what you are truly signing until you put your initial down. Fraud, scam and down right wrong. Shame on you AVIS. I will be reporting this to the Air Force for future families traveling to San Antonio so that young wives coming to watch the airman graduate and go and fight for our country don't use this company and get the ride my family has taken. In April I made a reservation at Avis over the phone to rent a full size SUV because myself and 4 others were going on a vacation in Palm Springs Ca. I explained to the asshole clerk over the phone that I was under 25 and had a Debit/credit card. She explaind that it was fine but i will be charged an extra 20 dollar fee per day since I was under 25 which I was ok with. I recieved the confirmation number and I confirmed my reservation 2 other times before my trip. Again, I explained that I was under 25 and I had a debit/credit card combination and both clerks said that it was ok and I had nothing to worry about. Needless to say, my friends and I left New York and Flew into Palm Springs Ca. airport and the avis customer service rep told me that the Suv I rented couldnt be given out to people under 25. So she offered me a yellow Nissan xterra. But if that isn't bad enough she then says that she couldn't rent that to us either. I asked her "what can I rent here" and she replies actually nothing since you don't have a regular credit card. If I had one I would be able to rent my car that I wanted and be under 25 with no problem. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE FUCKIN RESERVATION THEN???!!! AND THE TWO OTHER ASSHOLES I CONFIRMED IT WITH COULDN'T TELL ME THAT EITHER!!!! wHAT KIND OF SHIT SHOW ARE THEY RUNNING???!!! So in the end after all of the arguing, they didn't give me a car and I was stuck 3000 miles away with out a car and no way to drive from the airport to my rented condo. Nice Post Imposter ... If Avis Management chose to listen to its customers, rather than make bogus posts on the Internet it might actually improve their services and customer satisfaction.
Case in point, my recent experience with the Avis counter in Orlando. I've rented many cars for business and personal travel in the past. However this occasion was unique in that I had the pleasure of being served by a particularly rude counter jockey named Michael. After this overweight poodle got through all of the usual clap-trap about my rental agreement, he caught my attention with something I have never heard before.
After I declined the gas tank top-up option, he said that if I could not produce a gas receipt indicating that I'd purchased gas within 5 miles of the airport that I would be arbitrarily charged a top-up fee at a rate of ~$7.45/gallon, roughly 4 times the local price of gas. When I asked incredulously what he meant, he said that even if the gas guage in the car upon return was at "full", his technicians would measure the "real" fullness of the tank with instruments and arbitrarily charge my credit card if I did not produce the said receipt. This was very puzzling, and not to mention alarming, ... I had never heard this one before, .. was I signing a blank check or opportunity for abuse by Avis?
So I got into it with Michael the mustache-adorned Hasselhoff wannabe and asked him how on earth I was supposed to know that the tank was less than full if the car's instrumentation said it was full, or even beyond full .. his response was that the technicians would know once they measured it. So I asked what kind of instrument they would be using and when I would know or be told (I've never seen equipment that even remotely looked scientific or capable of precise measurement on site when an Avis car is returned).
At that point, he admitted he "didn't know" but that his technicians would tell him. I asked again, at which point he simply started talking over me and reciting the clauses in the standard agreement until we were done. I left vowing that this was the last Avis rental I'd be purchasing and that I'd be spreading the word at home and at work.
Avis: Congratulations on an another extremely dissatisfied customer!

I am an avis agency operator and have been for 8 months now, I work alone 65 hours a week, which i choose to do to make more money. I must say most of the comments are actually people making mistakes themselves. It's our fault you lost a coupon? really? you ruined a clutch? really? on an automatic avis car? and to solve the problems stop being so cheap pony up the 9 dollars a day for collision and drive worry free. Hey, heres another thing, your weekend rate at 25 dollars a day means you have to return the vehicle by monday or the rate defaults. If you can't bring the vehicle back with the same amount of gas, take the 300% increase as a stupidity fee, also if you do not have a valid credit card (I'm assuming you tried a cash card or from a bank not certified under visa or mc, amex discover etc..) and we do not take any of that information upon reservation, then how would we know what kind of card you have? Look, I understand some people have bad experiences and some employees are sure to be rude, however most complaints are because a) you didn't read your contract
    b) you did not purchase coverage and were held liable for damages (as explained to you)
c)you do not realize renting a car is a responsibility, and if you are not responsible enough to remember to clean it, fill it with gas, pay for insurance, have a proper card, remember the coupon etc... then you should not be renting a car in the first place

AVIS is by far the worst company I've had to deal with, and I deal with a lot of companies. I've had nothing but problems with them! $175 in toll charges showed up on my credit card. I had to dispute these charges through a third party and wait one week for the third party to "investigate" with AVIS. Then, I had to follow-up with AVIS. No courtesy call from AVIS to inform me the charges were their mistake. I'm a preferred member and from today forward, my company will ride horses before we ever rent from AVIS again! It's like the proprietor of this location is doing this on his spare time. Sloppy management of business. Bye Avis! Tried the other guys this last time and I'm sticking with them from here on out - right off the bat, the car was clean and they were cheaper! Repeat... BYE AVIS!!! Stay away from Avis - period.

  41. I just spent an hour on the phone getting "insurance" charges the same cost of my rental taken off my card as a secondardary charge. I had prepaid for the rental, and included the damage waiver just as an incase due to theme parks. They kept saying they had my signature, when I told them they did not on the other boxes. I told them I wanted the person behind the counter fired for forging my signature. I got transferred to a manager after being on hold for half an hour. They offered a half-reimbursement.

I am a "Preferred and AvisFirst" client in USA. I made a resevation for one week and I got charged for close to $2,500.00 to my debit card. After I got the email from my bank, I cancelled the reservation. Its been two days and still waiting to hear from my bank for clearance of the funds. Avis corporate office has no customer relations department at all. Any clue how this could happend? Your feedback will be appreciated.

I rented a car from Avis at Ft. Walton Beach, Fl this was a new experience as I have never rented a car before, I'm a cab person. Got screwed on the gas, was "told" gas was $3.77/gal but guess what..that's if only you buy the entire tank. I was going less than 100 miles total so I just brought the car back..didn't add gas..the freaking gauge barely moved. Got charged over $8.00/gal "based on mileage" or $68.00 in gas. When I objected they just smiled and said that's the way it is. These folks saw me coming and got me good. My purpose in life is now to expose these cretins every time I can.

Avis does indeed suck! I am a corporate customer and work for a Fortune top 10 company. I rent a lot of cars but sadly my corporate travel application (through Amex) forces me to take whomever is cheaper, Avis, Hertz, National.

Avis is by FAR the worst...They suck...My corporate contract specifies I get an automatic upgrade from compact. I've never gotten one and when I ask they are forever out of cars.... They suck...
Hertz is number one by far....Not even close...They have new cars, upgrade me all the time and I've never had a problem... Avis? I get a weekly rental and my 6'2" body is crammed into some stripped Cobalt death trap....Avis sucks. National has older cars, that's true, but they have nice, clean cars and upgrade me to full size all the time. Hertz has the best cars, same thing full upgrade. Avis? Smelly, dirty cars that are stripped.... Last time they gave me a Cobalt that squealed the tires pulling out of the parking lot. I pulled over and looked and it was obvious the front tires were pointing in different directions. Hmmm maybe that's why the steering wheel was crooked and the car pulled to the right... Avis sucks...
they don't try harder.. They don't try at all.
    Go elsewhere..

This voice of the customer and voice of the employee program they got going issome kind of cover up bullcrap they got going to make you think Avis cared. Yeah Avis cares but not about you or me. Its all about the money and they will scam everyone to get more money. Avis higher ups are most definetely evil, vishous, sadistic and diabolical. And to all preferred and avis first, its only a one class upgrade. Stopbeing cheap begging for free super upgrades.

    This is the company's policy.

"A temporary driver's license is acceptable only if it has no restrictions and is valid for the entire period of the rental."

Since I had just renewed my license in MA, I only had a temporary driver's license. After I read this rental qualification, I could be sure they accept temporary one. when I visited a branch in Philadelphia (arch street), however, the black rude woman said "I can't do it cuz I don't feel comfortable with that". I was like WHAT?...
She keeps saying that even though I showed AVIS rental qualification. How could that person treat customer like that? At least she could've explained why. Not saying feel uncomfortable. Because of that, I screwed my travel schedule and my prepaid rental fee was become trash. This is not my fault but they didn't give me full refund.
    What happened to that company?
so disappointed. I will never rent a car from Avis.

And I WAS late.. had some minor complaints as broken blinkers I replaced- got the money back- very friendly people even I had to clean the car every time when I picked them up, but that was just me because I wanted to make sure its cleaned MY way.. never a rip off! I would rent AGAIN since they are even cheaper then rent-a-wreck where you have to come up with your own insurance.. PLUS I always got what I wanted! And most of the time better then that.. 51. avis is a hostile and abusive work environment..they treat new employees on probation like trash basically and make them work like DOGS, taking every customer while the PERMANENT employees at avis dodge customers, scam customers and do anything they want and even bully new hires. The managers are scum who make new hires run back and forth working and working and have no concern for their health or care. The managers at avis are 20 something year old immature low lifes who don’t know their head from their a**. They have no concept of customer service or how to treat customers or how to handle a situation. These little children don’t even know the computer system and the rental agents know more than these bossy nasty immature arrogant “managers.” Some of the managers are even fruitcakes and act like they’re ditzy idiots on drugs or something. Employees will steal and mess up sales for other employees, and even bully other employees. Older avis employees which consist of 50 something year old freaks, will bully and verbally abuse new hires because sicne they have ‘seniority’ they can get away with it. They will sit in the back and chat and MAKE new hires take customers while they do nothing. They are lazy selfish low lifes. Even managers will purposely mess up sales for sales reps just for fun and for no reason. The managers will sit there and argue with customers like little children and then say they find it ‘fun.” Avis is a TERRIBLE company and place to work and worse, they have NO concept of what a good employee is and REWARD bad behavior and bad employees and PUNISH good honest employees. Everything about this crappy corrupt company is a SCAM. Get away as fast as you can…try hertz or any other place than this sh*thole.

Had a coupon code for 2 day weekend rental. Cool I thought. Went to use it and booked for saturday am to monday am (48 hours). Received an email letting me know I was being charged for 1 day. Called to figure out why and was told that their weekend starts on Thursday and ends Monday 12am. The original agent told me that it was completely free. When I asked to move the reservation to Friday pm through Sunday pm I was told "no". Asked to speak to a manager and left on hold several times. Finally spoke to another agent and she said that they couldn't change my reservation because I went through a travel agent. I told her that I called avis to book my reservation. She put me on hold for another manager. Then transfered to customer service. Finally spoke to someone who wanted to help me. She changed the reservation with no problem and apologized for the other agents before and said that it was something they definitely could have fixed. Total duration of call: 31 minutes!

So my husband and I are (or were) moving from Sacramento to Chesapeake Virgina. We made a reservation online for a one way rental through Avis. We went to pick up the car yesterday and were refused rental because my husband did not pass a credit check. (we were told to check our contract this information is on the VERY LAST PAGE). They took our money out of our account all $1000.00 of it. We were then told that it would take 3-7 business days for the return of the money. We have to be out of our house this evening by 6pm so our landlord can lock up the house. We do not have that money to rent a car (which we found a company two counters down from them that WOULD rent to us). On our way home we stopped and spoke with our personal account manager at our bank and she assured us if this had been handled properly by Avis when we called their customer service center the charge would have fallen off at midnight, however they decided to keep our money and leave us stranded. We have reported them to the BBB and......we will also be speaking to a news reporter who thought our story was extremely interesting after we sent her a copy of the rental agreement and our bank account screen shot this morning showing that they took our money and we have no car.

I was told to take my truck to a local body shop and that they would cut me a check for the amount. Little did I know they had no intentions of doing that. Instead they took the quote from the body shop and are trying to treat it like a negotiable hospital bill...what is going to cost me over $2k to fix they want to give my about $1,600.....absolute bullshit and this also violates California State Insurance laws.

    Dear Carl,

Do you realize that your company is screwing me? Yes I was hit by one of your customers and now the insurance through Avis is not willing to pay the full amount to have my bumper replaced. This is also in violation of California State Law that has recently gone into effect as of March 30, 2013.

A friend of mine rented a car from Avis. The car broke down, couldn't start. The paid-for, one-hour road-side assistance took three hours and they had to take him out of the way to the airport to get a new car. His entire night was wasted ... they gave him $20 or $30 off the rental. Sorry, Avis, this should have been free! No set of apologies can possibly remedy this dreadful car-rental experience. And the purpose for renting the car WAS NEVER ACCOMPLISHED. Some service.

I am dealing with Budget, which is part of AVIS. Same thing. We rented late November. Our "non smoking" car smelled like an ashtray. Our switch to a second car was only a bit better, and it had a soft tire. Sure enough the next day it was flat. So we put the spare on, only to see it was FLAT. So we used USAA to get the spare inflated and put on the rental. We then took the car back mid-rental to change it out and they want to charge us nearly $60 bucks for fixing a tire that we did not damage AND they took no accountability for the flat spare. Am fighting them now, resigning from FASTBREAK, and pretty much hating them for this issue. The smelly car thing was not the first time...how about nearly EVERY time!

On February 17, 2016 @ 1:41am I made a reservation online to pick up a car at the Port Canaveral, FL location after returning from a cruise. Took the Avis shuttle from the cruise to the Avis location and had to stand the whole way because the shuttle was so full of people and luggage. I arrived at the Avis Port Canaveral location at around 9:00am on Friday, February 19th. After waiting in line for 20 minutes while watching them run around like chickens with their heads cut off, the person at the counter told me that they had a luxury car for me. The problem is that I had reserved a convertible and not a luxury car. I intentionally reserved a convertible because it was such a big trill for my 13 year old daughter. They said that they didn't have a convertible and they weren't able to get one anywhere. They had none at the Orlando Airport, where the majority of their cars are held and none at local locations. They told me that they needed 24 or 48 hours notice to accommodate such a request for a convertible. The problem with that excuse is that the request had been made more then 48 hours in advance.

I checked a few other car rental companies in the immediate area, but none had any convertibles in their lots, but had some available at their airport location, including Enterprise, so I asked them if they could pick me up and take me there to get the car, but they wouldn't, so I ended up taking a local shuttle to the airport to rent a convertible. The f*** up by the incompetent, ignorant, morons at Avis cost me an additional $80. I did plan on keeping my plans to make my daughter happy on her vacation, even though the A-holes at Avis don't give a sh** us. I wouldn't rent from Avis again if they were the last car rental company on earth and would suggest that everyone else to the same.

Tried to rent a car from AVIS using my EAA discount for Panama City Florida. Made the reservation and called the FBO I was flying in to so I could see about the car being there. Gave me a number for the counter. Called it no answer, said it was closed at 4:00 in the aftenoon. Routed to the national number. Only way to get the car to the FBO 2 miles away from terminal, was to pay extra to join one of their elite services. Told the lady to cancel the reservation. Went on like to cancel and AVIS is charging 150.00 to cancel and 70.00 rental. FU Avis NEVER AGAIN

  91. I travel to Chicago 4-6 times a year. My husband has been a Avis customer for over a decade. On all of our trips, we declined the use of a toll transponder and pay all of our tolls via cash. Our latest trip, December 21-25, Avis proceeded to charge us for a toll transponder use and all the tolls even though we paid every single toll. All the tolls were manned with the exception of one, where we paid the $0.60 via change into the basket. We paid cash for all. When we contacted Avis regarding this, they disputed it as we did not have cash receipts for any of these tolls and charged us $24.70 for the use of the transponder and service charge for not signing up for the use of the transponder. This is ridiculous. No matter if I get a receipts for each toll paid or pay online after charges are processed via the license plate, Avis appears to have found a way to force you to use their transponder regardless and charge you upwards of 4 times the cost of any toll. If you do select to use their transponder, you have to pay $20 just to use it upfront. Not fair business practices.

  92. It is a more helpful and time saving post. What is a Turkish visa online ? It is nothing more than a substitute for a Turkish physical visa. but the application process is more simple than the Turkish physical visa. You can also check the details about the Turkish online visa.
